Vietnamese manufacturers commissioning a test fixture should first provide the product and its revisions, a contact-point drawing, power and communication conditions, item-by-item decision rules, and identified good and faulty samples. Quotations and acceptance should refer to these inputs. Product photographs alone cannot define the contact structure, measurement method or acceptance limits.
Beijing Winge Technology Co., Ltd. operates under the names 稳格科技 and Winge, providing hardware and test-tool development. This checklist supports procurement review and scope definition; mechanical, electrical, software and on-site responsibilities belong in the project documents.
Define the product and responsibilities
Start with one defined product configuration and identify the board, mechanical, firmware and test-specification revisions. Assign responsibility for samples, instruments, mechanical fixtures and the basis of test limits. Record missing inputs, their owners and completion conditions; estimates must not become acceptance criteria.
Input handover checklist
This is a recommended engineering input checklist, not results from a completed project.
| Input | Information to provide | Review purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Product under test | Model, board and mechanical revisions, firmware, serial numbers; good and faulty samples with fault descriptions | Trace sample identity, revisions and expected outcomes |
| Contact and clamping | Test-point or pin map, coordinates, polarity, locating datums, available space and permitted contact force | Review probes, connectors and clamping; assign mechanical design separately |
| Electrical conditions and interfaces | Power and switching sequence, voltage/current ranges, grounding, signal levels, protocols and wiring | Define measurement and control interfaces; review safety and isolation separately |
| Decision rules | Stimulus, measurement conditions, units, lower/upper limits, settling wait, timeout and rule revision for each test | Distinguish pass, fail, equipment error and incomplete; unconfirmed limits cannot produce a pass |
| Measurement reference | Instrument model, range, calibration status, reference method, repeat conditions and permitted differences | Check readings against an independent reference; communication success does not prove accuracy |
| Result records | Sample and fixture IDs, hardware/software and rule revisions, operator, time, raw values, units, decisions and retest links | Retain failures and interruptions; a retest must not overwrite the original result |
Initial deliverables and acceptance
The first phase can deliver an input-gap list, contact/interface mapping, test matrix, workflow prototype and acceptance cases. Implementation deliverables may then include agreed design files, programs or configurations, instructions and test records. Specify source-code rights, instrument licences, purchasing, mechanical manufacture and maintenance separately.
Use agreed revisions of good and faulty samples and include disconnection, timeout, interruption and retest cases. Check raw readings, limit revisions, decisions and record links for every test. Agree separate methods and pass criteria for measurement error, repeatability, total station cycle time and safety interlocks; a workflow demonstration cannot replace these measurements.
Handover for a Vietnam project
For handover to a factory in Vietnam, confirm working language, drawing and record formats, time zones, sample shipment and integration location. Verify on-site support, transport, import/export, compliance, cost and schedule per project. Country targeting or page language does not establish a local team or completed projects.
Questions and answers
Can work start without complete schematics?
An initial review of available documents and samples can start, with unidentified nets, pins and electrical risks recorded. Implementation involving power or probe contact requires sufficient wiring, limit and safety information before scope is agreed.
Can one good sample validate fault detection?
A good sample alone cannot demonstrate fault detection. Agree safely supplied faulty samples or a controlled fault-simulation method and identify fault types that remain uncovered.
Does a software pass authorize product release?
It only indicates that executed tests met the configured rules. Release also depends on coverage, measurement trustworthiness and agreed reinspection and quality responsibilities. Unexecuted tests, timeouts and equipment errors must not be recorded as passes.
