Engineering guide
For a Jetson gateway hardware baseline, map costs to work packages, deliverables and external inputs as shown below. This defines scope rather than a lump-sum price, fixed schedule, payment terms or default charging rules.
Work packages and deliverables
Swipe the table horizontally to view all columns.
| Work package | Deliverables to agree | External inputs and scope |
|---|---|---|
| Hardware inventory | Hardware combination, power conditions and documentation gaps | Assign providers for the module, carrier, cables and power supply |
| Environment baseline | System/SDK versions, configuration and boot procedure | Itemize third-party licensing and vendor support |
| Image and recovery | Image identity, recovery steps and verification records | Scope video, inference, cloud integration and site deployment separately |
What inputs are needed before starting?
Full Jetson module and carrier models, revisions, system version, power documentation, peripherals and recovery conditions. Check document versions and availability first and retain missing items as unresolved inputs.
How should delivery and acceptance be defined?
Verify hardware and versions against the inventory, reproduce boot and agreed interfaces, and retain logs, configuration and limitations. This stage establishes the specified gateway environment; it does not establish video capacity, inference speed or complete-system stability.
Enterprises in Hangzhou, China, can submit these inputs for remote review. Agree prototype integration, sample shipment, site work and associated costs for the specific project.
Review the service scope and submit the project inputs before agreeing on development and delivery. Original Chinese service scope
