Engineering guide
For a Jetson gateway hardware baseline procurement, check the inputs, evidence and unresolved items below before selecting an approach. Assign owners and acquisition methods for missing documents; a demonstration alone does not establish compatibility or performance.
Procurement checklist

| Item | Inputs and checks | Decision boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Hardware combination | Identify the exact module, carrier revision and connected peripherals | Modules in the same family do not automatically share carrier compatibility |
| System and storage | List the system image, SDK version, boot medium and partition information | Use vendor support information for the actual hardware combination |
| Power and recovery | Check carrier power specifications, cables, peripheral loads and recovery access | Do not power the board before voltage, polarity and wiring are confirmed |
What inputs are needed before starting?
Full Jetson module and carrier models, revisions, system version, power documentation, peripherals and recovery conditions. Check document versions and availability first and retain missing items as unresolved inputs.
How should delivery and acceptance be defined?
Verify hardware and versions against the inventory, reproduce boot and agreed interfaces, and retain logs, configuration and limitations. This stage establishes the specified gateway environment; it does not establish video capacity, inference speed or complete-system stability.
Enterprises in Hangzhou, China, can submit these inputs for remote review. Agree prototype integration, sample shipment, site work and associated costs for the specific project.
