Device and interface access
Adapt the charging master control and meter interface to establish the corresponding relationship between device identity, connection status, order number, power and fault fields.
Product business functions
Connect the charging main controller, meter and operation platform to develop networking, transaction status synchronization, fault reporting and upgrades; charging power control is determined separately according to the interface.
Platform and data connection
Combined with the business link of main controller and instrument → data and order status → 4G → enterprise operation platform → operation and maintenance processing, the device identity, data fields, update time, abnormal status and result confirmation method are defined.
Exception handling and operational constraints
Communication board development is defined separately from power loop and electrical protection; order status should be checked with on-site execution, and protocol version and payment interface are confirmed by the project.
Data and Operational Workflow
Platform order → Communication board transfers to the main controller → Charging status and power return → Transaction end confirmation → Abnormal order verification.
The device side, communication side and platform side retain necessary status and logs respectively. Project integration testing is checked with actual equipment data and execution results, and network connection status and business completion status are recorded separately.
