Exception handling and operational constraints
Network development does not change the measurement principle or protection level of the detector; deployment in hazardous locations must determine special requirements based on the use conditions of the entire machine.
Data and Operational Workflow
Detector output → terminal data verification → local event record → 4G reporting → enterprise background notification, confirmation and processing.
The device side, communication side and platform side retain necessary status and logs respectively. Project integration testing is checked with actual equipment data and execution results, and network connection status and business completion status are recorded separately.

On-site alarm and safety interlocking should operate independently according to the original system responsibilities. 4G is used for remote recording and notification. The project needs to define the local behavior when the connection is lost and the platform's prompt for offline status.
