Exception handling and operational constraints
Condition monitoring and electrical protection functions are separated; on-site sensor layout, insulation and installation construction conditions need to be confirmed during the design stage.
Data and Operational Workflow
On-site collection → status verification and alarm generation → 4G reporting → duty notification → inspection processing and record archiving.
The device side, communication side and platform side retain necessary status and logs respectively. Project integration testing is checked with actual equipment data and execution results, and network connection status and business completion status are recorded separately.
