Engineering guide
For final-test station task definition, map costs to work packages, deliverables and external inputs as shown below. This defines scope rather than a lump-sum price, fixed schedule, payment terms or default charging rules.
Work packages and deliverables
Swipe the table horizontally to view all columns.
| Work package | Deliverables to agree | External inputs and scope |
|---|---|---|
| Test-point definition | Tests, inputs, decision bases and responsibility matrix | Identify providers of samples and test specifications |
| State design | State transitions, exceptions and review cases | Review fixture electrical, motion and safety design separately |
| Task review | Initial scope, simulated workflow and open issues | Itemize instruments, physical integration and site support as applicable |
What inputs are needed before starting?
DUT revisions, test points, samples, fixture conditions, operating workflow and the decision owner. Check document versions and availability first and retain missing items as unresolved inputs.
How should delivery and acceptance be defined?
Check states and records with normal, failed, interrupted, reviewed and repeated runs; validate measured limits against the equipment and specifications separately. A state prototype is not fixture or complete-system validation; measurement, actuation and safety interlocks require their own equipment and acceptance conditions.
Enterprises in Dongguan, China, can submit these inputs for remote review. Agree prototype integration, sample shipment, site work and associated costs for the specific project.
