Engineering guide
For final-test station task definition, use the sequence below to retain reproducible inputs, actions and exception evidence. This is an implementation method; actual interface names, commands and parameters depend on the target device and version documentation.
Implementation and exception checks

| Step | Action and evidence | Exception handling |
|---|---|---|
| Load and identify | Verify sample identity, work order and readiness before testing | Prevent ambiguous records when identity is missing or duplicated |
| Test and review | Record raw outputs, limit versions and pass/fail/incomplete status for each test | A timeout or interruption is not a pass; use the defined disposition process |
| Unload and recover | Persist the result relationship before completing the run under station rules | After power loss, reconcile incomplete runs; retain original records and retest attempts |
What inputs are needed before starting?
DUT revisions, test points, samples, fixture conditions, operating workflow and the decision owner. Check document versions and availability first and retain missing items as unresolved inputs.
How should delivery and acceptance be defined?
Check states and records with normal, failed, interrupted, reviewed and repeated runs; validate measured limits against the equipment and specifications separately. A state prototype is not fixture or complete-system validation; measurement, actuation and safety interlocks require their own equipment and acceptance conditions.
Enterprises in Dongguan, China, can submit these inputs for remote review. Agree prototype integration, sample shipment, site work and associated costs for the specific project.
