Combined with the business link of on-site events or broadcast tasks → local status processing → 4G → enterprise platform → acknowledgment and response records, the device identity, data fields, update time, abnormal status and result confirmation method are defined.
Exception handling and operational constraints
Help event transmission and two-way voice define functions respectively; the voice route needs to check the module, SIM service, audio protocol and platform conditions.
Data and Operational Workflow
Trigger by button → Upload events and locations → Receive alarms on the platform → Acknowledgment indication → Record processing status.
The device side, communication side and platform side retain necessary status and logs respectively. Project integration testing is checked with actual equipment data and execution results, and network connection status and business completion status are recorded separately.
